A section on the app where you can browse and save lighting setups from the website onto your iPhone for reference.19 votes
Thanks for your feedback!
It is already planned to connect the iPhone app with the website :)
This is a great app and I need to start to edit on my iphone or ipad and I would need to be able to share my diagram on both devices and the cloud or website.
It would be perfect if I can create, edit and share from web version or iPad or iPhone and have my lightning diagram stored in one place (cloud)
Today I can only do that on 1 device and this is not very convenient.
Thanks for your work and keep updating your apps we love them.
First of all, great job, guys ! The abilility to change the color of the background would be ffine. Black or white is a bit limited.
There's only black or white. Not even gray. If we could select different colors for the background, this will be helpful. I wrote a comment on the appstore. Great job for make this app available for Ipad1. Great team, keep creating !1 vote
Thanks for the feedback!
We have already planned to do such a thing. We just don’t know yet when this will happen.
The next update for the apps will bring another color for the backdrops, it won’t be gray though…
As for the iPad 1 support, we are happy to support iOS 5 for the time being :)
A side from the tools you already have. There could be a virtual pen that let's you draw lines on your diagram. Aswel on the web app as on the iOS app.2 votes
That’s a feature we should add in the future
How about adding V-Flats to the Reflectors group. It's a big pain making them out of white reflectors.1 vote
That is indeed a missing piece of equipment we should probably add. Thanks for pointing this out.
The edit feature is very cool but instead of replacing my diagram It would be cool if we had the option to save it as a new diagram..
This way we can document a shoot as we move lights around the studio, add or remove extra lights with out having to start a new diagram for each set up1 vote
Thanks Scott for the suggestion!
This idea is in fact part of a bigger change we have in mind for Sylights :)
Just wondering, is it possible to login on the iPhone app so that when I login on my PC, I can still see all the diagrams which I created on iPhone?
At the moment, I don't think I need to login on the Iphone app, so my diagrams are only accessible on my phone.
And is there a way I can import from my Iphone into my account after I have created one?
Thank you!4 votes
I'm using your app on my iPhone and on my iPad, but i'm missing a function to synchronize these two (or i haven't found it yet).
If there is no one: what is about a synch over dropbox or iCloud?11 votes
Add the possibility to edit Exifs
I don't want to put them in my low defs image so... :)1 vote
It would be nice having the beauty dish mounted on a boom, as well as notes for f num. and contrast ratio.5 votes
This is planned for a future release!
I saw there was a plan to create a iPhone version, But it would also be nice to create an Android version.44 votes
This is already planned in our roadmap, though we don’t exactly know when we’ll be able to release it… But this is definitely something we’re going to do!
Enables you to have the original untouched and continue editing a copy. Thus you can easily create diagrams that you can use as templates.8 votes
This will be enabled when diagram edition is available!
Thank you for your feedback :)
Hold shift and drag to copy / paste a duplicate of selected object.27 votes
This feature will be part of a future release!
It's sometimes useful to add some notes directly on a diagram, to precise a flash's parameters, how high was a softbox positioned, ....
Vote for this idea if you want annotations implemented quickly!106 votes
